MARIA SILVIA BASSOLI

MARIO CAPPETTA
A mechanical engineer, with main competencies in the areas of management and organization of manufacturing companies awarded by the Politecnico University in Milano. After gaining experience in an engineering and consulting company, he has worked for several years for several multinational firms (Gruppo Schindler, Gruppo Bassetti) both in the areas of production and logistics. Following this, he acted as a business consultant for prominent consulting firms, and he has participated t in reorganization projects in several market sectors (component producers, industrial machinery, appliances, welding machines, bio medics, industrial vehicles, electrical materials, plastics, textile factories, furniture, etc).

His field of expertise, gained both at the Universita' Bocconi and as a controller and member of the management committee of several multinational firms, is in the areas of management control, administration and finance as well as management reporting systems, systems for human resource management and integrated systems for accounting, budget and management control, and preparation of balance sheets.
